Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To help provide the best service for all clients, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made 1–2 hours before the appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
Unpaid cancellation fees may require prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.
