Person receiving a relaxing shoulder massage.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.

Swedish

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

Hot Stone

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.

Sport Massage

Our sports massage is ideal for athletes or anyone who leads an active lifestyle. Our therapists use a combination of techniques to help improve flexibility, prevent injury, and enhance performance.

Trigger Point Massage

Trigger points are painful knots of soft tissue that can develop from overuse, lack of use, or trauma. Trigger points often are sore when pressed and can cause pain in that spot that can radiate to other parts of the body. Trigger points are found all over your body, but the ones that seem to be most problematic are found in the neck and back area. When a trigger point is "triggered," expect to feel sharp pain, followed by a nagging or throbbing sensation that can go away as fast it came, or linger for weeks or even months.

Thai Traditional massage

"Thai massage" or "Thai yoga massage" is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.

Combination Massage

A Combination Massage is a massage integrating more than one style or massage modality. It can combine techniques from Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy and hot stone. These combinations are used to tailor the massage towards your personal preferences and specific needs.

Prenatal Massage

Massage during pregnancy is a therapeutic type of bodywork that is designed to address the needs of the pregnant woman as her body goes through the typical changes of gestation. Massage can be received in all stages of pregnancy and is very safe and often recommended by medical physicians, obstetricians, midwives and other related professionals. The gentle, noninvasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy, help the mother-to-be prepare for labor, and give her nurturing emotional support.

Studies have shown many maternal and newborn benefits when a relaxing massage is incorporated into regular prenatal care. Regular massage is the way to go throughout your pregnancy and you’re allowed to have massages as often as you like.
